Fees and payouts
How much are the fees?
Only when you sell a paid ticket: a 3% platform fee plus a 4% card processing fee (to Stripe) — 7% in total.
Who pays the fees?
You choose either "host pays" or "buyer pays" in the ticket settings.
What would I actually receive? (example)
On one ¥5,000 ticket with host pays, the fee is ¥350 and you receive ¥4,650.
What is the campaign?
Under the "i'm in host support campaign" the platform fee (normally 3%) becomes 0%.
When does the FX fee apply?
Only when you price tickets in US dollars or euros, at an estimated 2.5% of the ticket amount. Yen-only events have no FX fee.
Ticket settings
Can I price tickets in something other than yen?
Yes — Japanese yen, US dollars or euros.
Can I create more than one ticket type?
Yes, as many as you like.
Can I cap how many tickets are sold?
Yes, per ticket type.
Can I create coupon codes?
Yes, from Coupons in event management. It is only available on events that already have paid tickets.
Can I set a cancellation policy?
Yes. Under Sale conditions in Ticket Settings, “Cancellation policy” lets you set a cancellation fee for each window before the event.
Can I let attendees transfer tickets to each other?
Yes. Turn on “Allow ticket transfers” under Sale conditions in Ticket Settings.
Can I hide how many tickets are left?
Yes. Turn off “Show remaining tickets” under Sale conditions in Ticket Settings. It is on by default.

Where do I see sales?
In Sales in event management.
Can I see the list of attendees?
Yes, from the buyer list in Sales. It exports to CSV and PDF.
What currency is my revenue shown in?
Sales are shown in the ticket's currency, with Stripe's actual payout amount in brackets. Payouts are made in yen in the current phase.
