Tickets and money
What currency is my revenue shown in?
Answer
Sales are shown in the ticket's currency, with Stripe's actual payout amount in brackets. Payouts are made in yen in the current phase.
Details
- For an event sold in a foreign currency, revenue is shown in that currency. The bracketed figure is what actually reaches you.
- Open the fee details to see the displayed payment fee, the displayed FX fee, and the adjustment i'm in makes.
- The displayed fees and Stripe's real costs can differ. i'm in absorbs the difference, so neither the buyer nor you are charged differently.
- The estimate is what you expect before Stripe settles. Once settled, it is shown as the confirmed amount.
- Payouts run on a 7-day rolling basis. Check the payout date in your Stripe dashboard.
