Can I hide how many tickets are left?
Answer
Yes. Turn off “Show remaining tickets” under Sale conditions in Ticket Settings. It is on by default.
Details
- When it is on, the number left is shown on the event page and at checkout — useful when scarcity helps people decide.
- Turning it off does not change the capacity. Sales still stop when the tickets sell out.
- This setting only changes what attendees see. It does not affect sales or the attendee list.
Switch the remaining count on or off
- Open Ticket Settings from event management.
- Go to Sale conditions.
- Turn off Show remaining tickets.
