Can I create coupon codes?

Yes, from Coupons in event management. It is only available on events that already have paid tickets.
Details
- Set the code, choose the discount type (percentage or fixed amount), and apply it to the tickets you want.
- Under target tickets, every paid ticket is selected by default. Uncheck only the ones the discount should not apply to.
- You can cap the number of uses. A coupon that reaches its cap stops automatically, or you can leave it uncapped.
- You can stop a coupon by hand. A stopped coupon cannot be used at checkout.
- Editing a coupon later only affects future purchases. Tickets already bought keep the price they were bought at.
- The discount is reflected in your expected payout.
- If you cannot create one, the event has no paid tickets yet — set those up first.
Create a coupon code
- Open Coupons from event management.
- Create a new coupon code with the + button.
- Enter the code and the discount, plus an expiry and a usage cap if you want them.
- Uncheck any tickets the discount should not apply to, then save.
