What happens if the event is cancelled?

If the host cancels, they are obliged to refund the full ticket price. Wait to hear from them.
Details
- Do not cancel the ticket yourself in this case. Cancelling applies the event’s cancellation policy instead, and you may get back less than the full amount.
- The host runs the refund. If you have not heard anything, check the announcements on the event page and contact the host.
- Once refunded, the ticket can no longer be used.
- If it is you rather than the host who can no longer make it, the cancellation policy applies.
