Joining an event
Can I get a receipt?
Answer
For events where the host has turned receipts on, a PDF is attached to your purchase confirmation email. If the host has a Japanese invoice registration number, it is issued as a qualified invoice.
Details
- The receipt is issued by the host. If they have not registered their issuer details, nothing is issued for that event.
- A qualified invoice prints the registration number, the per-rate tax breakdown and the consumption tax included, so it can be filed for expenses or input tax credit as it is.
- At checkout you can turn on “Add a receipt name” to set the name it is made out to. Left blank it uses your own name, and it cannot be changed after purchase — enter your company name before you pay if you need it.
- It is issued electronically, so it carries no revenue stamp.
- The amount received is the ticket price. i'm in's service fee is collected by i'm in and sits outside it, with the full charged amount printed separately for reference.
- One document is issued per payment. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder and then contact us through the form.
