How do I cancel?
Answer
For a free event, undo it from the event page. For a paid ticket, use "Cancel this ticket" on the ticket.
Details
- Before you confirm, you see what you paid, what you get back and the cancellation fee.
- How much is refunded depends on the event’s cancellation policy. If the refund deadline has passed, or the event allows no refunds, nothing is refunded.
- Cancelling cannot be undone.
Cancelling a ticket
- Open the event page and show your ticket.
- Choose "Cancel this ticket".
- Check the amount paid, the refund and the cancellation fee.
- Choose "Confirm cancellation".
