My ticket QR code is not showing.
Answer
If the host made the pre-event survey mandatory, the QR code stays hidden until you answer it.
Details
- If you see "Answer the survey to show your QR code", answering it reveals the code.
- If you skipped the survey for now, answering it later works too.
- A refunded or expired ticket is not shown.
- If it still does not appear, reload the page or contact us through the form.
