Can I survey attendees?

Yes. Set up a pre-event and a post-event survey in event management.
Details
- A pre-event survey can be required. When it is, attendees cannot show their QR ticket until they answer — good for anything you must know in advance, such as allergies, guests or equipment.
- When it is not required, attendees can skip it and answer later.
- A preview shows exactly what attendees will see while you build it.
- You can also share the survey URL with attendees through announcements.
- Responses are tallied live in the responses view and export to CSV.
- Only the host and editors can create or edit a survey. Reception staff do not see the editing controls.
Set up a pre-event survey
- Open the survey from event management.
- Enter a title and build the questions.
- Turn on requiring an answer before the QR is shown, if you need that.
- Save, and attendees can answer from their ticket screen.
