How do I top up, and what happens to the balance?

Answer

Top up by card or cash. Any unused balance expires when the event ends and is not refunded.

Details

You top up by choosing from packages set up for that event. The amount you pay and the amount credited to the wallet are both shown before you pay. Some packages include a bonus.
The amount you pay includes the payment processing fee. Check the amount credited to your wallet.
Whatever you do not spend expires at the end of the event and is not refunded, so take care not to over-top-up.
Your top-up history is in the wallet, but it is not a formal receipt.
