How do I delete my account?
Answer
Open Delete account in your profile settings. This cannot be undone.
Details
- Deleted: your profile, posts, comments, chat messages, friendships and attendance history.
- May be retained: ticket purchase, payment and host payout records, where law or accounting and tax requirements demand it.
- Your account is disabled and signed out immediately, and the data that can be erased is removed shortly afterwards.
- If you have an event selling paid tickets, please settle things with your attendees first.
Deleting your account
- Open the profile tab.
- Choose Delete account from settings.
- Read what is deleted and what is retained.
- Agree and confirm the deletion.
