1. Application
These Terms apply to the relationship between the Company and everyone who uses the Service (each a “User”). By using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service helps users discover plans, RSVP, create plans, share plans with friends, receive notifications, and use tickets and check-in features. The Company may add, change, suspend, or terminate features as needed for improvement, operational reasons, or legal compliance.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
The Service is available to users aged 13 or older. Where a minor uses the Service (including applying for or paying for a paid plan), they must first obtain the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
Users must create their account with accurate information and are responsible for managing their own login credentials and devices. Unauthorized use of accounts, transfer or lending of accounts to third parties, and registration with false information are prohibited.
4. Creating & Joining Plans
Users create and join plans at their own discretion and responsibility. Except in cases of the Company’s intent or gross negligence, the Company is not responsible for plan content, whether a plan is held, on-site safety, interactions between participants, or trouble arising on site.
Paid plans, refunds, organizer registration, and receipt of proceeds may be subject to per-plan displayed conditions, the organizer terms, and the conditions of external services such as Stripe. Sales conditions, refund conditions, and the disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for paid plans are displayed on each plan page or by the organizer.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Impersonation, harassment, discriminatory expression, threats, or nuisance toward others
- Posting false or misleading plan information, profiles, or content
- Fraudulent payments, fraudulent check-ins, or improper acquisition or transfer of tickets
- Infringing the rights, credit, or interests of the Service, the Company, other users, or third parties
- Interfering with the operation of the Service, unauthorized system access, or imposing excessive load
6. Content
Rights to text, images, plan information, and other content that a User posts or registers on the Service remain with the User or the rightful holder. The User grants the Company the right to use such content to the extent necessary to provide, display, share, operate, improve, promote, and protect the Service against misuse.
7. Notifications & Email
The Company may send operationally necessary notifications (transactional messages) regarding accounts, plans, tickets, check-ins, security, and important announcements. Because these are necessary to provide the Service, they generally cannot be turned off.
Email intended for advertising or promotion — such as plan recommendations and campaigns — is sent only to users who have opted in in advance (opt-in under the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail). Such email displays the sender’s name and a method to unsubscribe, and users may unsubscribe at any time.
8. Suspension & Removal
If a User violates these Terms, or where the Company deems it necessary for the safe operation of the Service, the Company may, without prior notice, remove posts, restrict features, suspend the account, or take other necessary measures.
9. External Services
The Service may integrate with external services for authentication, payments, delivery, analytics, AI processing, and similar purposes. Use of external services may be subject to each provider’s terms, privacy policy, and other conditions.
10. Disclaimer
The Company does not warrant that the Service will always be provided without interruption, securely, or fit for a particular purpose. Except in cases of the Company’s intent or gross negligence, the Company’s liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the User.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. For material changes, the Company will provide notice by displaying it within the Service or by other appropriate means, and will seek renewed consent where necessary.
12. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces
Users represent and warrant that neither they nor their related parties are organized crime groups or other anti-social forces, and that they have no socially condemnable relationship with such parties. If a breach is found, the Company may suspend the account or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
13. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Users may not assign, transfer, or pledge their status under these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder to a third party without the Company’s prior consent. The Company may transfer its contractual position, rights and obligations, and User information relating to the Service to a third party in connection with a business transfer or similar event.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
